Abstract of master thesis


Actuality

Modern tendencies of construction of telecommunication networks in business corporations and industrial, the presence of difficult heterogeneous data networks , networks for collection of technological information, telephone systems communication is supposed. Association of them in a single structure and research of descriptions of such networks is an actual task for the wide circle of organizations.

Today most industrial objects have the distributed networks for collection of information from different sensors and often use the specialized technologies of data communication at lower level are the so-called industrial networks (Fieldbus-networks). By the main features of structural realization of these networks lower level is territorial distributing, heterogeneity of the applied equipment and necessity of integration in the computer networks of higher level.

Side by side with this, we will mark successful association of the modern telephone systems of scale of enterprise with telecommunications networks and with the computer systems for providing of all appendixes: vocal mail, access to the databases, controller's systems, call-centers and other The decision of tasks on association in the single structure of the telephone systems and communications resources for collection data communication today is one of primary concerns during organization of effective work of major concerns.

Planning of telecommunication network of machine-building plant and research of its descriptions is the purpose of work.

Object of development

The object of development is a general computer network for the control and management by a machine-building plant. It is intended for continuous automatic collection of state information technological objects (technological equipment and other technological chains of production), prognosis of origin of different types of dangers (explosiveness, failures, etc.), and also for accumulation, treatment, reflection of information, for the serve of commands, sound signals.

A network is developed for the terms of working machine-building plant and directed not only on the control and establishment of the momentary state of his work but also on warning of possible emergency situations in the process of production.

The operating conditions of machine-building plants are related to the presence of plenty of harmful influences on the equipment: strong vibrations, promoted humidity, influence of dust. Application of the special standards providing reliable defence from the transferred problems is therefore needed.

Thus, it is possible to assert that the offered work on creation of computer network is actual and necessary for enterprises Ukraine, and also other countries.

Ground of necessity of telecommunication network creation

Existing on many enterprises, automated control and control of basic technological processes systems, in-plant checking systems and managements, which are developed, and also existent intranet networks, unconnected in the single informative system able to analyse a situation and forecast its development for acceptance of decisions on the management by all technological system of enterprise in the accident-free mode.

It becomes obvious that for the accident-free functioning of the technological system of factory it is necessary at any level of management in good time to have the proper, sufficient, reliable information which would be represented in a kind comfortable for application .

To decide the problem of grant information about the elements of the technological system of factory on the whole, for acceptance of decisions on the management in the accident-free mode it is possible due to creation single all-factory computer network.

A computer network includes subsystems: control and prognosis of the state of equipment and environment; automations and production process controls of different technological areas, mean of environmental impact with the purpose of management by its properties and parameters, adaptation of man to the terms of work.

For development of the system it is suggested to create a single all-factory computer network which applies modern comptrollers and processors. The offered computer network can be adapted and applied on other industrial enterprises with similar technological environments.

Common network functions

A computer network must execute the following functions:
а) collection, accumulation, distributing and saving of information about safety of works in each to the workshop of factory;
b) introduction of information and management by a database;
c) introduction of normatively-certificate information, plan of warning of failure and other information necessary for operative acceptance of decisions;
d) collection, accumulation and saving of production information;
e) treatment of information on the given algorithms and estimation of her on the accepted criteria;
f) information transfer to the personnel, main specialists and leaders of factory both by order and on the call;
g) intellectual support for acceptance of managing decisions by operatively-controller's personnel and main specialists.

For providing of necessary reliability of computer network there must be vehicle and programmatic facilities exposure and localizations of refusals, and also mean of reconfiguration network

Technical and programmatic facilities of automation, which are used for construction a to 1 km must assume realization of exchange by information between workshop and controller's levels on a cable and optical lines in the distance.

A workshop level must admit connecting to the computer network of the interface industrial comptrollers, counted on an exchange by information with the subsystems built on heterogeneous hardwares.

A computer network is also needed for connection of leaders of factory and leaders of separate areas and workshops, with commercial-economic services and services of medical-psychological selection of shots, preparation and retraining of shots, computer analysis of database about the state of technological cycle and his component parts, which is constantly filled up, settles to make correct technological and managing decisions in optimum for every concrete situation, and in the case of necessity to include the system of emergency notification.

Conclusion

In the process of implementation of research work principles of construction and development of computer network machine-building plant and different its subsystems on the base of modern industrial computer networks were studied, and also research of object of automation and ground of necessity creation of general telecommunication network is produced.

During conducting of the advanced study the general computer network located on territory of factory was a research object. The analysis of development of all-factory computer network on the base of modern electronic technique with the use of modern methods of development of the automated systems functionally complete intellectual serial stuff was carried out, which answer the promoted modern requirements to the reliability, interchangeability and is made the best world producers. Offered general computer network, which is built on the use of modern industrial comptrollers, input units, treatment and reflection of information, will be to safety of works irreplaceable for implementation of monitoring with the purpose of warning of emergency situations.
